The Company has a leased land of approx 15,000 sq. m. in the Mina Abdulla Industrial area (west side of Road 40), Kuwait to carry out steel fabrication, pipe pre-fabrication, sand blasting & painting. With future in mind, the Company is maintaining a welding training facility in the yard to train new welders and is proud that the facility is the backbone of its welding strength of approximately 50 qualified welders in the oil field and the numbers continue to grow. Getting new and young trainees qualified is an asset to the Company. The yard also serves as a tools & material storage facility and a well equipped garage to manage & maintain company owned vehicles & construction equipment.

Presently the yard also houses an office building which houses the management members, administration, accounts, IT teams, technical offices for planning, sand blasting & painting, insulation, materials (purchase and stores) etc.,

The Company has field offices allocated by its customers which houses the offices of the Project Manager, the field engineers & technician, documentation rooms and open yards for stock materials & scrap, fabrication and working and garage.
